Additional Information:

  • Access to Property at 12noon day of event for decorating (if rehearsal is scheduled times on-site are 5pm-7pm)
  • Additional Set-Up Hours $325 per hour (needs to be pre-scheduled)
  • Additional Event Hours $650 per hour (must be before 10pm)
  • Bar – Beer, wine, champagne only/Signature Drinks allowed for Weddings or 21+ events ONLY–MUST have a certified bartender NO SELF SERVICE
  • Caterer is required and must remain on-site throughout event and is responsible for all food and beverage related clean-up.
  • Music/Noise Restrictions: DJ ONLY no live music permitted.

The Vista Historical Museum will be closed for the holidays beginning Friday December 15. The Office will reopen Tuesday January 2 and the Museum will reopen Wednesday January 3.
